   Good Morning Young Ruth, me do a Marathon I think not,LOL.
   However pleased with the Doctor, will e-mail later. Weather dry and sunny, makes me wonder what we are in store for, but at least I have plenty of Oil-Gas-and Wood, so we will not go cold. Plenty of Rabbits, and I do have a Shotgun, but I think I would have to stave first,LOL

   Hi John, High BP is a difficult fight and losing weight is even more of a battle. I am sure though with the weight loss your BP will come right on down. I am sure you can handle it all. I hate any kind of a diet, but when it is necessary then it is necessary. We just have to take on the challenge and go forward with it.

   Good Morning Patti, it appears although I do suffer from a Blood pressure which seems high, it could be due "White Fright", as in when I go to a Doctors, my Blood pressure raises. Anyway I have been told today that I need to monitor it but not take anything right now. The Bad side is I have to take some weight off and exercise more. No worries there, I like walking.
   Taking weight off is another matter, and I will have to be very hard on myself. LOL
   We are at this time getting used to Winter time, which means the clocks go back. It takes some getting used too, but does mean the morning are lighter, but the evening are darker.

   Hi, Patti, sorry for the length of time in replying, trying to finish Odds and Sods so as to be able to spend a little more time doing what I enjoy now, "Speaking and posting to friends".
   Yes I am reasonable well, except I need to get my Blood Pressure down. That involves taking £$%^ Lbs in weight off and more exercise.

   Hi John,I hope your'e having a good day,yes,clear them bottles away,You don't want to give the game away,lol.I hope Sue has a safe journey home and she is pleased with all that you have done,what a nice surprise.
   Yes,you are right about being the carers,we have to make the decisions,but it's still difficult,I feel for that lady,the dog helped her get over the death of her husband and now the dogs gone,very sad.Talk to you soon John,Hugs.

   Hello Sis, yes Sue is back and the place looked a picture, and she really enjoyed herself. You see it's only a question of organizing and Bingo, it's done. I did often some advice on how to keep the place looking as she found it on her return, and the Doctors say I should be OK within a very short time LOL.
   As I told you I need to get weight off to reduce Blood pressure. Still I do like to walk and am walking about a Mile to start with each day, so who knows I might yet beat the flab.

    Hi, Patti, yes rest I seem to be having some difficulty in that the jobs seem to sometimes to pile up, but with Christmas and family visits just round the corner, something to look forward to. Lots of the Kindest wishes for your kind words, John
